The dry kind (and served on a cold plate), wherein the cheese had a (literally) fishy taste that I liked. Could've been anchovy-infused cheese maybe? If there's such a thing.

I chose a blue cheese dressing for the salad - deliciously fresh and served on a chilled plate.
