Plant-based balls of yellow pea, potatoes, onion, oat bran & dried apple, served with mashed potato, mixed vegetables with green soya beans, cream sauce and lingonberry jam. Very satisfying late lunch.

Tsukune for the win on National Meatball Day. I wish I’d had some yuzu kosho on hand.

Nothing to write home about. They needed the accompanying sweet chili sauce.

Because it seemed really easy (took under 30 minutes with cooking) and it would allow me to use up what little miso I had left in a considerable space-occupying container. They were quite tasty despite my initial reservations and probably did not require the dipping sauce. But more importantly, hurrah fridge space!
