An absolute monstrosity of a burger!! A third-pound seasoned juicy patty topped with BBQ pulled pork, bacon, beef brisket, pork belly, AND three kinds of cheese? Every layer was flavorful and juicy and messy! The sourdough was gently toasted and was great at holding the structure of this together while not cutting the roof of my mouth like so often happens. Come hungry for an aptly named special!
